Why is this project called “48 Hours”? Simple—that’s exactly how long we had to bring it to life. Due to a missed email (Oops!), we discovered on Sunday that we had an opportunity to feature this Architecture & Design piece in the Park City Showcase of Homes. By Monday, we rallied as a team. Tuesday morning, we kicked off with a lot walk, drone footage, and imagery. By Thursday morning, all files were submitted for the website.

We thrive on skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, and all the incredible activities the mountain regions of Park City and Deer Valley offer. We work hard and play harder, championing the importance of recovery—a solid reset, refresh, and rejuvenation.
Exterior Elevations
The concept for 48 Hours was born out of the idea of a Luxury Base Camp—a retreat designed for adventure, optimized for luxury. The home’s architectural massing thoughtfully separates the active, action-oriented side from the rest and relaxation wing. The Active Wing’s main level is a light-filled haven for gathering, entertaining, dining, and soaking in the stunning Deer Valley and Jordanelle views. Directly below, you’ll find the Base Camp—a personal REI, tailored for all the gear you, your family, and friends need for endless adventures. Ski-in and ski-out has never been more seamless, thanks to the lot’s prime positioning, building envelope, ski run access, and thoughtful architectural design, including your own private ski beach. You’re just seconds away from stepping out of your bindings, sipping your favorite warm cocoa or latte, and heading back to the slopes. And when the project is complete, if you invite us over to ski, we’ll even help you put your boots on!
The Rest & Relaxation Wing is equipped with everything you need to recover after a day of skiing or mountain biking. Warm up in the sauna, steam room, or hot tub. Cool down with a cold plunge or cold shower experience. Unwind in the massage and meditation room. Every suite offers expansive views across Jordanelle and the valley, ensuring you wake up to a breathtaking sunrise. Spacious suites with private balconies provide all the luxury you expect, allowing you to share this exceptional experience with loved ones.
The home is completed with a 4-car main garage for daily drivers, accessed via a snow-melt motor court, and a 16-vehicle show garage below, accessed by a vehicle lift. This space is perfect for storing seasonal vehicles, toy cars, boats, and show cars.
Designing the Luxury Base Camp and reaching this level of detail in such a short time frame has been an exhilarating challenge. Just imagine what we could accomplish with 24 more hours!
